Red is a very powerful color in many cultures, especially in Asia. Chinese brides marry in red dresses; in Japan, red symbolizes the hero or heroine and also the sun. Red represents love, passion, good luck, and warmth. It is one of the most intense and positive colors we have.

Steve Salon de Coiffure brings us the Asian-influenced allure of red in their small but powerful collection “Rouge Magnifique,” featuring a range of deep and intense reds, from copper and deep alizarin red to bright chili pepper tones.

The short haircuts are modern and daring, reminiscent of many new looks seen in the streets of Tokyo and Seoul. The long style focuses on the seductive side of red hair.

Style of the Rising Sun

Rouge Magnifique

This magnificent red look evokes the lotus flower in its shape, with color like fire turned into hair. The Asian influence is evident in the lines and the powerful hue of the rising sun.

A very short neck transitions from jet black to the gold of the early rays, then seamlessly moves to an extreme fringe in a bright red. The diagonal line sweeps across her face in one elegant, organic movement before ending just below her left cheekbone.

New Cosmopolitan

Rouge Magnifique

Young people in Japan, South Korea, and other parts of Asia love red for their hair color. Both men and women wear it in all possible shades, often in short, slightly choppy styles. This short haircut embodies the new cosmopolitan style and even comes in the same color as the famous cocktail.

Asymmetry adds a great touch, especially for modern short hairstyles like this one. The finesse reveals itself the longer you observe the intricate textures, various lengths, and outlines, which range from defined to choppy. Styling adds a good lift on top and gently mussed volume. The red transitions from paprika to a dark, rusty color. Modern and very spicy!

Long Red Asian Hair

Rouge Magnifique

The samurai of seduction wears her hair as red as the rising sun of Asia. A look that once made icons of Rita Hayworth and Jessica Rabbit continues to attract new fans each year. What could surpass the elegance and extreme allure of a long, wavy, and silky smooth mane?

Layers enhance the intense movement of this cut, with the side fringe as the focal point. It almost covers half of her face, providing just the right amount of mystery.
