Sophie Beattie and Michelle Lawley from Royston Blythe in Compton have secured their place on the Grand Final catwalk thanks to a stunning Gypsy-inspired look. Their glossy, well-conditioned style was a big hit with the panel of judges.

Here Sophie and Michelle explain the inspiration behind their striking image: “We wanted to create beautiful, natural, well conditioned hair. Our clothes styling was influenced by Roberto Cavalli and Marc Jacobs and has an ornate, feminine feel that is inherently youthful.”

With the Grand Final in sight, the girls can look forward to an exciting time of planning and preparation. For so many competitors, it is the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy journey that is most inspiring as Sophie explains: “We’re over the moon to be going through to the Grand Final,” exclaimed a clearly delighted Sophie. “The thrill of travelling to London with our inspiration, ideas and team is the best part of this whole experience. We can’t wait!”
